Request deletion of your data

Signal Depth does not create player accounts or store your game progress in a cloud account. To request deletion of data we control, email support@overlkd.com with the subject “Signal Depth data deletion”. Tell us which data you want removed and, if possible, when you played or contacted support. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

We will identify data we can reasonably associate with your request, explain any verification needed, and respond within the applicable legal period. This request can be made without reinstalling the game. You can also remove local saves, settings, inventory and upgrades by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it; this does not itself erase data already held by service providers.

Deletion can cover developer-controlled support messages and identifiable analytics or diagnostic records where they can be located. Google Play purchase records and records needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations may be retained for the period required by law. Data held by Google, AdMob or Sentry is also subject to their own retention and deletion processes; we will direct you to the relevant provider where we cannot delete it ourselves. We do not promise that an anonymous event can be matched to a person after the app has been removed.

Data used by the game

On your device: game progress, inventory, upgrades, settings, consent choices and purchase entitlements. Cloud save is disabled.
Advertising: after the privacy choice, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from network data, ad interactions and technical data to deliver and measure optional rewarded ads and paced interstitials. You can revisit privacy choices in the game's Settings. A purchase can remove automatic interstitials; rewarded ads remain optional.
Analytics and diagnostics: app interactions and technical crash or performance data may be processed through Google Analytics 4 and Sentry to improve the game. This can include app version, device information, pseudonymous identifiers and error context. We do not ask you to enter free-form personal text into the game.
Purchases: Google Play Billing handles payments. We process product identifiers, purchase status and entitlement information; we do not receive full payment-card details.

Where required, advertising requests wait until the privacy choice has been resolved. Transmission to the named services uses encrypted connections. Their processing and retention terms are available from Google and Sentry.

Your choices and contact
